I am a South African citizen and have shares in a farm in Namibia

This is an excellent investment opportunity on the farm, Beaumontia , Namibia . The farm is approximately 5000ha and is fully game fenced,+/- 80km from the most famous Etosha Pans and situated between Outjo and Kamanjab region The farm is registered in a Namibian based  company of which I own 60% and my partner in Namibia 40%. We have 22 species game, but we don't have the majority of the big five, although we do have leopard, cheetah, Hyena and Jackal. We have a farm house with a two bedroom flat to accommodate hunters, currently we can only house 6 hunters at any given time.

Beaumontia is one of the best game farms in the region and home to rocky hills, grass plains, Mopane trees and evident bush field. Since the farm is home to excellent Fauna and Flora it makes excellent territory for bow hunting. We had numerous bow hunters during this hunting season, of which are from Switzerland and shot two Cheetahs and have already booked for next season. According to them they have not visited a farm that qualifies for bow hunting to this extend.

We have already being approached by a group by the name of Green Stone Resorts to establish a exclusive bow hunt and game watch lodge. Green Stone Resort’s aim is to establish several lodges throughout Namibia and they are under impression that Beaumontia has the perfect characteristics to establish the first exclusive bow hunting and game watching lodge. They have discussed the idea with Kuoni Safaris (www.kuonisafaris.com) who showed eager interest and implied that they would be able to maintain a 95% booked capacity.

The farm is situated approximately 80km from the renowned Etosha (www..etosha.na) pan. Etosha is home to all national game, including the big five (Elephant, Leopard, Lion, Buffalo and black rhino). Day visitors to Etosha can overnight at Beaumontia, Green Stone Lodge.
